How do I book a car with Tanvir Car Rental?
You can book by calling us, messaging on WhatsApp, or filling out the booking form on our website/Facebook page. Once we confirm vehicle availability and rate, we will ask for your basic details and preferred time and location for pick-up.
Do I need to pay in advance to confirm my booking?
Yes, in most cases a small advance payment or booking deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The exact amount will be shared with you at the time of booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking by contacting us directly. Changes and cancellations are subject to our current policy and must be made within the allowed time window.
Pricing & Payments
What is included in the rental price?
Our price usually includes the vehicle rental fee, basic insurance (as per local law), and a fixed time or kilometer limit. Fuel, tolls, parking, and extra hours are usually not included and are payable separately.
Is there any security deposit?
For self-drive rentals, a refundable security deposit is required before the car is handed over. The deposit is used only if there are fines, damage, fuel shortage, or unpaid charges. It is refunded after vehicle inspection.

What documents do I need to provide?
For self-drive rentals, you will need:
- Valid Driving Licence
- National ID or Passport
- Proof of Address (Utility bill or similar)
What should I do if the car breaks down?
First, ensure you are in a safe location. Call our support line immediately. Do not attempt major repairs yourself. We will arrange for assistance or a replacement vehicle depending on the situation.
Who pays for traffic fines?
All traffic fines, parking tickets, and penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
